janese hexon is an established, award-winning sculptor. Working primarily from the
Western Pennsylvania region, she has also exhibited in New York, New Jersey,
Virginia, Florida, and Washington, DC. As an educator, Janese has been instructing
emerging artists as an Adjunct Faculty member of a local college. Her recent
acceptance into the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh (AAP) validates the maturity of
her work and career. Recently elected to the AAP's Board of Directors, she hopes to
promote the diversity of endeavors in the region.
janese has recently been accepted as an artist-member of Manhattan, New York’s
Pleiades Gallery of Contemporary Art. Look for her solo exhibition in November 2009.
