Biography
janese hexon is a full-time professional sculptor working in bronze and resin. Although the foundation of her work is figurative, she uses a contemporary/abstract edge to create an emotional and intimate impact. Experiences from her travels in Europe and Africa have had a lasting influences and inspiration with her composition and subject matter to express the inner struggle and dialogue. Working as an Artist-In- Residence at a bronze foundry and direct study with Bruno Lucchessi has given her the skills to work successfully in many mediums. She has commissions from Pittsburgh, Florida, and New York patrons.
